How to create LHDN Self-Billed E-Invoice

Welcome to this step-by-step guide on performing LHDN self-billed E-Invoicing using Financio Accounting. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth process.

Step 1: Update Business Profile

1. Access Control Panel: Navigate to the control panel.
2. Business Profile: Under the company section, click on “Business Profile.”
3. Verify Information: Ensure your Business Registration Number matches your Business’s TIN (Tax Identification Number) for LHDN E-Invoicing purposes.
4. Check Contact Details: Double-check your email and phone number details.
   
5. Save Changes: If any changes are made, click “Save.”

Step 2: Connect to LHDN E-Invoice

1. Integrated Apps: Go to “Integrated Apps.”
2. Connect: Connect to LHDN E-Invoice to enable accurate sending of your e-invoices.
   
3. Verify Information: Click on the connection to verify that all required information is correct.

Step 3: Create a Self-Billed LHDN E-Invoice

1. New Purchases Bill: Under the “Purchases” tab, click on “New Purchases Bill.”
2. Fill in Details: Enter relevant information such as Supplier Invoice No and Reference.
3. Toggle Options: Toggle on the “Self-Billed” button and the “Send to LHDN” button.
4. Supplier Info: Double-check the Supplier Info, including the Supplier TIN No and Registration No.
   
5. Address and Items: Fill in the address and item details related to the invoice.
   
6. Save: Click the “Save” button. Your e-invoice will be automatically sent to LHDN for
   validation.
   

Step 4: Validate and Check Status

1. Validation: The validation process should take a few seconds.
2. Check Status: Under the “Purchases” tab, check the LHDN status where it will show as “Submitted.”
3. View QR Code: Click on the “View” button to see the validated QR code for the self-billed invoice.
   
   
   
4. Print Invoice: In the same tab, print the validated LHDN self-billed e-invoice in PDF format.
   

Step 5: Cross-Check on MyInvois Portal

1. MyInvois Portal: Cross-check the status of your LHDN self-billed e-invoice on the MyInvois portal.
2. Status Tabs: Look under the “All” or “Submitted” tab.
