To receive e-invoices for your transactions with ABSS relating to Financio Accounting, please ensure your details - including your Business Registration Number (BRN), Tax Identification Number (TIN), SST Registration Number (If applicable), and other required information are updated.
- If your information is updated before your transaction date, we will issue e-invoices for your transactions.
- If your information is missing, incomplete, or invalid, we will not be able to issue e-invoices, as the information transmitted to the e-invoice system on that day will be incomplete/ invalid.
To ensure the accuracy of your invoice details for business tax reporting purposes, kindly navigate to Control Panel > Subscription > Subscription Centre within your Financio Accounting account and complete all required billing fields.
Distributors subscribing on behalf of their customers are advised to enter the intended billing company's details in the designated billing fields.
