This article explains how to send your sales invoices, credit notes, and aggregated invoices to IRAS through InvoiceNow directly from Financio. This ensures your transactions are automatically reported to IRAS as part of Singapore’s digitized GST compliance process.

Fill in Invoice Information
On the New Sales Invoice / Credit Note screen, user is to input the mandatory fields first – Customer, Payment Term, Date, Invoice No., Reference, Currency, and Items.
3. Submit the Invoice
a) The "Send to IRAS" checkbox by default will be auto ticked if GST InvoiceNow is Activated in Integrated Apps. Next, click the "Save" button located at the bottom right of the screen to proceed with sending the invoice to IRAS.
4. Confirmation of Submission
a) Upon successful submission of the invoice to IRAS, click the InvoiceNow evidence button to view the submission status.
b) A pop-up will appear with the full details for IRAS and PEPPOL. The information may take 1-2 minutes to be updated from IRAS via PEPPOL.
Send Aggregated Invoice to IRAS for Non-PEPPOL Customer
1. To view Aggregated Invoices records
a) Under the Sales sub menu, navigate to Aggregated Sales List.
b) The Aggregated Sales List page will show all records of Aggregated Invoices made with the detail specific columns.
2. To create a new Aggregate Invoice
Note: For invoices to be aggregated - when creating the regular invoice, do not check the Send to IRAS checkbox in the new invoice page. This is so that our system can detect that this invoice has not been sent to IRAS and is able to be aggregated.
a) Click the Add New button in the Aggregated Sales List page OR from under the Sales sub menu select Create New then Aggregated Invoice.
b) The new Aggregated Invoice will show defaulted values, which user is not suggested to change.
c) The user is to input the mandatory fields first – Date, Aggregated Invoice No., and Reference if needed. To choose invoices to aggregate, click the Add New button below the table.
d) A pop-up to select the invoices to aggregate based on a date range will be shown. A default date range will be populated, adjust it as needed then click filter.
e) After selecting the date range and ticked the records to aggregate, click the Aggregate button to confirm.
f) To finalise the record and submit to IRAS, click Save. Users will be unable to untick Send to IRAS as all Aggregated Invoices must be sent to IRAS.
g) Upon successful submission of the Aggregated Invoice to IRAS, users can view the submission status by clicking the InvoiceNow evidence button.
h) A pop-up will appear with the full details for IRAS and PEPPOL. The information may take 1-2 minutes to be updated from IRAS via PEPPOL.
