Activation and Termination of GST Registered Business for InvoiceNow

This article provides step-by-step guidance on how to activate and terminate the InvoiceNow services for GST-registered businesses. These services are accessible through the Integrated Apps section of the platform.
 

1. Activation of InvoiceNow

*This step must be completed before activating GST InvoiceNow

1. Navigate to Integrated Apps
a) If your business is not yet registered for InvoiceNow, go to Integrated Apps.
b) Locate the InvoiceNow service and click Register.

2. Registration for InvoiceNow

a) After clicking Register, a registration page pop-up will appear with all the required registration details.
b) Fill in the required registration details, ensuring all fields are completed accurately.
c) Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
d) Click Next to proceed with the registration.

Note: If you click Cancel at this stage, you will be redirected back to the Integrated Applications page without completing the registration.

3. Complete InvoiceNow Registration

a) Upon clicking Next, you will be taken to the InvoiceNow Registration page.

b) Follow the instructions shown on screen to finalize your registration.

c) Once completed, your business will be successfully registered for InvoiceNow.

Termination of InvoiceNow

1. Navigate to InvoiceNow Section

a) To terminate InvoiceNow, go to the Integrated Apps page.

2. Initiate Termination

a) Under the InvoiceNow section, click the Terminate dropdown button.

b) Click the Terminate InvoiceNow dropdown.

 

c) A pop-up window will appear, asking for confirmation to terminate InvoiceNow.

d) Read the message carefully to understand the implications of terminating the service.

e)  Tick the checkbox and then click the Yes, I Agree button to confirm.

 

3. Complete Termination

a) You will be redirected to the IRAS Invoice Data Submission Deactivation page.

b) Follow the instructions provided to complete the termination process.

c) Once completed, your business will be successfully deactivated from InvoiceNow.
