Follow these steps to downgrade your subscription in Financio:
Step 1: Log In to Financio
- Open your web browser and go to https://app.financio.co.
- Enter your login credentials (email and password).
- Click Sign In to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Subscription Centre
- Go to Control Panel menu, click on Subscription > Subscription Centre.
- The Subscription Centre page will display your current subscription details. Under the 3-dots button, click Downgrade Subscription
- A pop-up Downgrade Subscription message box will appear. Scroll down and tick the check box to agree with the downgrade plan and click Next.
Step 3: Summary & Confirmation
- You will be downgraded from Premier to Essentials (select reason to downgrade). Click the Confirm button.
- The system will process the downgrade and adjust your billing details accordingly. Click Okay.
- Once click Okay, it will automatically direct you to the Subscription Centre page
Step 4: Verify the Downgrade
- Under the Subscription Centre page, you will see the Subscription Update immediately reflected.
- Confirm that your subscription reflects the new, downgraded plan.
- Check the next billing date and charges to ensure they align with the selected plan.
