How to Subscribe to Financio Accounting (Essentials & Premier)

Pre-requisite: Before you go to the Control Panel, please go to app.financio.co/signup and fill up your details and start your trial account



Once you finished filling up your details, click start trial


You will see your current plan as trial as below in the subscription centre.



Now you can start to subscribe by following the instruction below:

1 . Go to Control Panel > Subscription > Subscription Centre

2. Under Subscription Centre > Choose Subscribe


3. Once you click subscribe, a pop up window will display a subscription plan for you to choose from. Choose either Essentials or Premier. Choose your billing cycle either monthly or annually.

(a) - Choose your plan


(b) - Choose your Billing Cycle either monthly or yearly


(c) - Tick on the tickbox to accept the Terms of Service and click the subscribe button.


(d) - Once you click the Subscribe button, you will see a Subscription Centre tab. Click the Stripe Customer Portal to view subscription details and start to add payment information


(e) - Once you click the Stripe Customer Portal, you will see the new browser link to add payment method.

(f) - Click Add payment method, fill up your credit card details and click the update button.


(g) - Under Control Panel > Subscription > Subscription Transactions, you will see your current plan becomes Essential if you choose Essential once payment is successful.


(h) - To view your subscription transactions, go to Control Panel > Subscription > Subscription Transactions



(i) - All of your proof of payment will be recorded under subscription transactions as follow:
