How To Upgrade Your Subscription in The Stripe Customer Portal

Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Centre via Control Panel > Subscription. Here, you will find two options: ‘Stripe Customer Portal’ and 'Upgrade Subscription'.

Step 2: Choose the ‘Upgrade Subscription’ button. This will direct you to the Upgrade your plan portal where you can modify your subscription plan information.

Below is the option of upgrade plan based on your current subscription plan:

Step 3: Choose either Monthly or Yearly tab. System will display the pricing details of the respective plans. You can select to view the detail prior to made the subscription.

Step 4: Example if you select to upgrade from Essential Plan to Premier Plan, click Continue button to proceed with the payment.

Step 5: System will prompt you to confirm the upgrade plan.

Step 6: You can also click on View details link to double check the plan details with the different you needs to pay for upgrade.

Step 7: After you confirmed and payment is done, your can go back to Subscription page to check your new upgraded information.
