Step 1: Follow the same prerequisite steps used for Sole Proprietors when applying them to non-Sole Proprietors.

- Login to Financio.
- Navigate to:
Control Panel→Company→Business Profile. - Ensure the “Reg. No.” is correct (for MY users)
(for MY users) field must be filled without using special characters or spaces.
- Sole Prop (10 Characters BRN) : Account Type : M2U
- None Sole Prop (8 Characters BRN) : Account Type : M2U Biz
The Business Registration Number (BRN) registered with Maybank will determine which login page you are redirected to.
Steps to Link Maybank Account:
- Navigate to Maybank Integration:
- Go to:
Control Panel→Integrated Apps→ Maybank. - Click on the Connect button.
- Go to:
- Confirm Reg. No (MY). (Only Old BRN allowed)
- A pop-up will prompt you to confirm the “UEN”. Check the box and click Continue.
- A pop-up will prompt you to confirm the “UEN”. Check the box and click Continue.
Step 2: The Maker initiates account linking on Financio by clicking the 'Connect' button. They will then be redirected to Maybank’s secure platform for identity verification and authentication. The Maker will log in using their Maybank business account ID and password.
Step 3: Read the snapshot summary of terms of use and click “Proceed to link”.
Step 4: Choose a maximum of three accounts to link and confirm.
Step 5: Maker needs to authorize their Secure2u/SMS TAC and once verified, a notification will be sent to the Checker for approval.
Step 6: The Checker will then need to log in to their existing M2U BIZ app and approve the Linkage request now listed under the “Approvals” section.
Step 7: Once Checker has authorized via Secure2u, the linkage will be established from pending status to now connected.
Done! You have successfully linked your Non-Sole Proprietor Maybank account from Financio.
