[Maybank] Release Notes 3.13.5

Support for Sole Proprietors and Non-Sole Proprietors:

• • Non-Sole Proprietors now have an additional account linkage status, “Pending”, due to the Maker and Checker approval process.
  • For Maybank SG there are no differences in customer linking journey.

Improved Account Linkage with Maybank:

• • • Account linkage is now based on your Business Registration Number (BRN) for Malaysia or Unique Entity Number (UEN) for Singapore. 

Bank Feed Integration with Maybank:

Live Bank Feed Limitations:

• • Bank feeds pulled from Maybank are limited to transactions from the last 90 days.

Bank Reconciliation Improvements:

Transaction Matching:

• • Automated matching is now available, comparing Date, No./Ref, and Amount for precision.
  • Manual matching options are also available for unmatched transactions.

Reconciliation Management:

• • Users can now reconcile transactions and undo the last bank reconciliation when necessary.

Bank Reconciliation Reports:

• • A new feature to generate Bank Reconciliation Reports for streamlined financial reporting.
