[Maybank] How to Link & Unlinking Maybank Account with Financio (Sole Proprietor)

Pre-requisite Steps (Linking):

1. Ensure Reg. No. is Set:
   • Login to Financio.
   • Navigate to: Control Panel → Company → Business Profile.
     
     
   • Ensure the “Reg. No.” is correct (for MY users)
     
     (for MY users) field must be filled without using special characters or spaces.
      - Sole Prop (10 Characters BRN) : Account Type : M2U
      - None Sole Prop (8 Characters BRN) : Account Type : M2U Biz
     
   • The Business Registration Number (BRN) registered with Maybank will determine which login page you are redirected to.

Steps to Link Maybank Account:

1. Login to Financio.
2. Navigate to Maybank Integration:
   • Go to: Control Panel → Integrated Apps → Maybank.
   • Click on the Connect button.
     
3. Confirm Reg. No (MY). (Only Old BRN allowed)
   • A pop-up will prompt you to confirm the “UEN” or “Reg. No.”. Check the box and click Continue.
     
4. Login to Maybank:
   • You will be redirected to the Maybank login page. Enter your credentials and log in.
     
5. Authorize & Link Account:
   • After logging in, click Proceed to Link.
     
6. Complete Linking:
   • Select the Maybank account(s) you want to link, confirm by checking the boxes, and click Confirm.
   • Once the authorization is complete, you’ll be redirected back to Financio.
     
7. Configure Account Mapping:
   • Go to Settings to map your accounts. Select the linked Maybank account and click Save.
     

Steps to Unlink Maybank Account:

1. Login to Financio.
2. Navigate to Maybank Integration:
   • Go to: Control Panel → Integrated Apps → Maybank.
   • Click on the Disconnect button.
3. Confirm Unlinking:
   • A pop-up will prompt if you want to proceed with disconnecting. Click Continue to unlink all Maybank accounts from Financio.
