- How do I get my login details for Financio CONNECT?
As long as you are under our Trial / Essentials / Premier subscription, you can log into Financio CONNECT mobile app with the same Financio login email ID and password.
- I’m unable to login, the error comes out “No roles found. Please refer to the FAQ for more information” what should I do?
Before you log in, kindly set up your Financio CONNECT Mobile Role in Financio Web. Kindly go to Control Panel > Users > View > setup your Financio CONNECT Mobile Role > Click on Save.
- I’m on a trial plan, can I login into Financio CONNECT?
Yes, you are able to try our Financio CONNECT mobile app during free trial plan.
- What operating systems does Financio Connect Mobile application support?
Currently Financio CONNECT is in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
- What operating system version does the application support?
Please refer to the respective App Store for the updated information.
- How can I provide suggestions and feedback about the Financio CONNECT app?

- Why I can’t create a new account (item) while at the sales/purchase screen?
Financio CONNECT mobile app is specially designed for users to record any sales and purchases transactions in their Financio account on the go. All settings (includes creating a new product) need to be done via Financio web application to avoid any product duplication.
- When I log in, I only can view the Sales module, how to change the setting?
To change the setting, kindly go to Control Panel > Users > View > setup your Financio CONNECT Mobile Role > Click on Save. However, this setting can only be done if you have access to the Control panel.
