ABSS / Financio CONNECT - Transfer and Journal (Accounting)

ABSS / Financio CONNECT (Accounting)

The accounting module is customized for the Accountant role. There are 5 main functions inside the Accounting Module which are To – Do, Withdrawal, Deposit, Transfer, and Journal.

Accountant role can record a new withdrawal, a new deposit, new transfer and new journal using the ABSS / Financio CONNECT app.

Record New Transfer

1. Click on the add button (+) > select New Transfer.

2. Enter the information below :

Status – Draft or Approved

Date – Transfer date

From account  - Bank/cash account

To Account – Bank/cash account

Reference – Optional for any reference number

Currency – Select from list

Amount – Transfer Amount

Notes – Optional

Add File – Optional like payment receipt/ payment voucher.

 3. Once done, click on save.

Record New Journal

1. Click on the add button (+) > select New Journal.

2. Enter the information below :

Contact – Optional ( select from list)

Date – Transaction journal date

Reference – Journal Number

Currency – Select from list

Add item – select account

Debit or Credit – enter amount either in debit or credit (example for sales account, enter amount in credit)

Job & Tax – Optional field

Add ANOTHER – to enter another account on the debit side.

3. Once done, click on save. Please make sure of the total Debit and Credit balance.
