1. Go to Control Panel > Integrated Apps > Click the Terminate button.
2. The confirmation message will pop up > Tick the option "Yes, i am agreed to terminate my PEPPOL ID account 0195 : SGUENXXXXXXXXX "> Click Confirm.
P/S: Termination of PEPPOL account will take three (3) months’ time. During this notice period, you still be able to send or receive E-Invoice.
