How to know if your Singapore customer is Peppol registrant?

This feature is available for Singapore paid users only.

Contact information

1. Go to: Contacts > Contacts List. 
   
   
2. Create new or edit an existing business contact.
   
   
3. Enter the UEN number for your Singapore customer.
   
   
4. If the UEN is already Peppol registered, the Peppol ID will be displayed.  
   
   
   

5. When the “Peppol ID” is not blank and “Send & Receive InvoiceNow” is set to “No”, upon clicking the “Save” button, a message box will be displayed to remind you to use e-invoice feature with this contact.  

   
   
   
   
6. If you click “Yes”, then Financio will set the “Send & Receive InvoiceNow” toggle to “Yes” for this contact.
