Enhanced InvoiceNow Features for Suppliers
Important Note
Prerequisite Settings:
- Navigate to Contacts > Contacts List > Select the specific contact business.
- Click “Yes” to enable Send & Receive InvoiceNow feature.
1. Receiving Purchase Orders as a Sales Order
- Log in to Financio.
- Navigate to the Sales Order page: Sales > Sales List.
- Click ‘Filters’ to filter specific Sales Orders based on the different categories provided.
2. Converting a Sales Order to an e-Invoice and sending to Customers
- Select ‘View' to view the Sales Order from the Sales List.
- Click the ‘Edit’ button on the right of the item list to confirm the Item details that will be sent in the Invoice.
- Confirm the item details and click ‘Save’.
- Click ‘Mark As’ feature to Accept or Void copy the Sales Order.
- Suppliers can use the ‘Copy To’ feature to copy all Sales Order details to an Invoice.
- Make changes to the order as needed before saving as an e-Invoice.
- Click ‘Save’ to send the E-Invoice.
3. Receiving Email Trigger Notification
The supplier will receive an email trigger notification upon clicking ‘Save' in the Sales Invoice page. The supplier can click ‘Yes’ to send an automatic email to the customer which will contain the Invoice details.
4. Encourage my Singaporean Customers (who is not Peppol registrant to register for InvoiceNow.
- Navigate to Control Panel > Integrated Apps.
- Tick the checkbox to enable “Encourage your Singaporean Customers (who is not Peppol registrant) to register for InvoiceNow”.
- Once the checkbox has been ticked, Singaporean Customers (who is not Peppol registrant) will be encouraged to register for InvoiceNow in the automatic email sent to the customer.
5. Viewing e-Invoice Responses
- Supplier navigates to Sales List and clicks the Sales Invoice that is sent to the customer.
- Supplier can view the e-Invoice Responses sent by the customer.
- Upon clicking the right arrow beside the Invoice Response, the supplier can view the Current Status, Action/Reason and the Additional Comments given by the customer. The supplier can also view the ‘Response History log’.
