Overview

This release updates Financio Payroll to support the latest OED (Occupational Employment Dataset) submission requirements for Singapore. It introduces a revised PWM Job Level classification for drivers and adds four new fields — Job Roles, Seniority, Business Area and Geographical Coverage — that are required for accurate and compliant OED reporting.

The changes apply to the employee profile screen, the OED Submission export, and the Import Employee Profile template. Details of each change are set out below.

1. Updated PWM Job Level for Drivers

The “General Driver” and “Specialised Driver” PWM job levels have been retired and replaced with four more granular classifications, in line with the updated OED requirements:

Customers who currently assign employees to the retired driver classifications should update those employee profiles to the appropriate new classification.

2. New OED Fields: Job Roles, Seniority, Business Area & Geographical Coverage

Four new fields have been added to the employee profile to capture the additional information required for OED submissions. The accepted values for each field are listed below.

3. Updated Employee Profile UI

The new fields now appear on the employee profile screen, grouped together for easy entry:

4. Updated OED Submission Excel Export

The OED Submission Excel file has been updated to include the new fields in the export output:

5. Updated Import Employee Profile Template

The Import Employee Profile Excel template has also been updated to include the new fields, so bulk-imported employee records can be populated with the required OED information in a single step.

• Review employee profiles using the retired driver job levels and reclassify them under the new Group A/B Level 1/2 categories.
