To receive e-invoices for your transactions with ABSS relating to Financio Payroll, please ensure your details - including your Business Registration Number (BRN), Tax Identification Number (TIN), SST Registration Number (If applicable), and other required information are updated.
- If your information is updated before your transaction date, we will issue e-invoices for your transactions.
- If your information is missing, incomplete, or invalid, we will not be able to issue e-invoices, as the information transmitted to the e-invoice system on that day will be incomplete/ invalid.
To ensure the accuracy of your invoice details for business tax reporting purposes, kindly navigate to Settings > Company Setup > Billing E-Invoice within your Financio Payroll account and complete all required billing fields.
