With the new enhancement in Financio Payroll, you can now use the ad-hoc payment option to calculate additional payment that is not calculate together with your normal salary payment for example one off bonus payment or 13th month (AWS) salary payment.
Step 1: Add a new Annual Wage Supplement allowance component under Company Setup > Allowances and Deductions tab.
Step 2: Link the AWS allowance to individual employee under Payroll > Allowances & Deductions, and ticked as Ad-hoc Payment 1.
Step 3: Go to Payroll > Payment Period and edit the payment period.
- You were need to tick the Ad-hoc Payment 1 for the current payment if you need to process ad-hoc and save the record.
Step 4: Proceed to process adhoc payment, same steps as normal payment.
Step 5: Continue to process final payment for current month as usual.
- Notes: If you already process the regular salary payment for current month prior to ad-hoc payment, the system will prompt you to recalculate the final payment again as it might impact the total CPF contributions and other contributions calculation for the month.
