Clear the entire cache in your internet browser

Clearing the entire cache in your internet browser usually is much more better than hard refresh, it will ensure you get the updated files and cookies when accessing Financio.

Google Chrome

• Open Google Chrome and hold the CTRL key, SHIFT key and DEL key. You will see the Clear browsing data window.
• Choose Advanced tab.
• Choose All time at Time range.
• Tick all of the check-boxes.
• Then, click the Clear data button to clear the entire cache.

Microsoft Edge

• Open Microsoft Edge and click the ellipsis at the top-right corner of the browser.
• Choose Settings.
• Choose Privacy & security.
• Then, click the Choose what to clear button.
• Tick all of the check-boxes.
• Then, click the Clear button to clear the entire cache.

Mozilla Firefox

• Open Mozilla Firefox and click Tools from the top menu bar.
• From the menu, choose Options.
• Choose Privacy & Security.
• At Cookies and Site Data section, click the Clear Data... button.
  • At the Clear Data window, tick all of the check-boxes.
  • Then, click the Clear button to clear cookies and site data.
• At History section, click the Clear History... button.
  • Choose Everything at Time range to clear.
  • Tick all of the check-boxes.
  • Click the OK button to clear the browser's history.

Safari

• Use keyboard shortcut ⌥ Opt and ⌘ Cmd and E to instantly clear all caches.
• Else, you may also use the steps below:
  • From Safari menu, choose Preferences.... 
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Tick the check-box at the bottom next to Show Develop menu in the menu bar.
  • Close preferences and click Develop > Empty Caches.
