Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) for Employment Incomes - Diagnostic Error Message
During the AIS submission, if your Financio Payroll data is having incorrect setup or incomplete information, IRAS system will prompt the respective error, you may refer the below list of diagnostic error message and make the necessary adjustment according to the IRAS requirements, to pass the submission.

| OrganizationType | Organization ID and Basic Year must be valid and not blank. |
This error is due to incorrect organization type selected in Company Setting, for Singapore local registered company, please select type 8 - UEN: Local Company Registration number issued by ACRA. |
| IDType | Must be 1,2,3,4.5 or 6 |
The error is due to selected employee ID Type is not tight to the ID Number enter in Employee Profile > Document.

| IDNo | Invalid. Pls ensure both ID Type and ID no is given correctly. | This error is inter-related to ID Type error, if the ID Number is having different format against the ID Type. |
| Nationality | Valid code must be given |
This error is due to employee Citizenship field is not fill up under statutory information. |
