Some Financio users have raised concerns about the slow loading issue on the main screens of Financio. For example, when creating a sale order, users would require at least 4 to 5 seconds for the screen to save the new sale order.
We value all customer feedback, and as a result, we have enhanced the loading time of certain screens in Phase 1 (Jul ‘23 Release) to improve the user experience on Financio. You can find the list of these screens here.
As promised, we have also enhanced the remaining screens in Phase 2 (Oct ‘23 Release):

Previously, the screen may have taken up to 7 seconds to load, depending on the user’s data. The loading time is now less than 2 seconds on average.
