Screen Load Time in Financio - Part I

Some Financio users have raised concerns about the slow loading on the main screens of Financio. For example, when creating a sales invoice, users had to wait for at least 4 to 5 seconds for the screen to load. We consider all customer feedback, and as a result, we have enhanced the related screens to improve the user experience on Financio.

For the first phase (Jul ‘23 Release), here is the list of screens that have been enhanced: 

Previously, the screen may have taken up to 5 seconds to load, depending on the user’s data. The loading time is now less than 3 seconds on average.

As for the remaining screens, rest assured that we will be enhancing them in the upcoming phase (Sep ‘23 Release), so stay tuned!
