Below is the steps to import multiple employee records with Self-Help Group Funds:
1. Click on ‘Employees Profiles’ under ‘Employees’ in the left navigation bar.
2. Click on ‘Import From Excel’ button.
3. Click on the link ‘Download Template’ to get the template of system.
4. Follow instructions on sheet ‘Guideline’ and fill in information on sheet ‘General’.
5. At Column AJ, you can define the calculation type either using ‘Default calculation as per regulation’ or ‘Flexibly defined by company’.
Default calculation as per regulation
When this option is selected, system will default check Yes for the fund based on nationality, race, religion, SPR.
Flexibly defined by company
When this option is selected, user can flexibly define which fund that employee contributes to, example: SDL, CDAC, ECF, MBMF or SINDA.
6. Once done, save the excel template.
7. At ‘Import From Excel’ screen, click on the ‘…’ button to upload Excel template that has been filled with information.
8. Click on ‘Import’ button to import file.
9. If the file has been imported successfully, system will show a notification message. If not, the system will return an error message with confirmation to download the file that those detailed comments on specific cells in ‘General’ spreadsheet. Import the file once finished editing.
