How to activate Financio Payroll seamless login on Financio?

Introduction 

You can log in to your Financio Payroll account without having to re-enter your password by clicking a button in Financio Accounting. Similarly, you can also easily log in to Financio Accounting by clicking a button within your Financio Payroll account. 

Pre-requisite 

• To activate the seamless login feature for a user, they must have their own Financio Accounting and Financio Payroll accounts.
• To sign up Financio Payroll, please go to https://payroll.financio.co/#/signup

How to activate Financio Payroll seamless login on Financio? 

1. Go to users’ management page at Financio Accounting by going to Control Panel> Company> Users.
2. At user management page, you can either Add New user or edit on existing one by clicking View. 

    Remark: Both will have almost identical screens, so in this example, we will use the Add New function. 

3. You can add the user email address at the Email Address textbox.

4. System will check whether the email address is already registered with Financio Payroll or not.

5. If the email address already exists in Financio Payroll, then system will automatically tick the checkbox ‘{User_Email_Address} already signed up Financio Payroll.’

6. Please tick the ‘Enable seamless login from/ to Financio Payroll for {User_Email_Address}’ checkbox to enable the seamless login.

7. Then, please click the Create button.

8. Now, when you log into Financio Accounting using the user email address, you will see a new “Payroll” menu appear at the top of the screen.

9. When you click on Payroll menu, a new internet browser tab will be opened and it will redirect you to your Financio Payroll account.

10. Similarly, at Financio Payroll screen, you will see a new button at the top of the screen. If you click on that button, your Financio Accounting will be opened at a new internet browser tab.

What If Financio User Does Not Have Financio Payroll Account? 

• User will not be allowed to enable seamless login feature because there is no Financio Payroll account.
