[UOB] How to Link Your UOB Account with Financio

Pre-requisite Steps:

To ensure smooth integration experience, please go through the pre-requisite steps below:

1. Login to Financio
2. Route to Control Panel > Company > Business Profile.

   

3. Please ensure the "UEN" field (for SG users) or "Reg. No" field (for MY users) does not have special characters or empty space.

Now, you are all set to follow the 2 steps below to complete the journey.

Step 1: Enroll UOB Account with Financio

a. To connect UOB account with Financio, you may perform so through the following steps:

1. Login to Financio
2. Route to Control Panel > Integrated Apps > UOB and click on “Find Out More” button

   

   

i. MY users will be routed to MY UOB SME web page.

ii. SG users will be routed to SG UOB SME web page.

b. You may proceed to login with your UOB account

c. In UOB SME > Services page, select “Financio” to proceed for account enrolment

d. Click on the “Link account” button

e. Then, select the bank account(s) that you wish to link with Financio

f. Click the “Confirm” button to approve the account enrolment.

Step 2: Link UOB Account(s) with Financio Account(s)

To link UOB account(s) with Financio account(s), you may perform so through the following steps:

1. Login to Financio
2. Route to Control Panel > Integrated Apps > UOB and click on “Settings” button. Noticed that you will see a green icon with "Connected".

3. Click on the “Linked Accounts” dropdown icon and select the preferred Financio account to be linked with UOB account. After done selecting, click on the “Save” button. 

4. Once you click the "Save" button, you should be able to see a green color message at the bottom of the screen that saying "UOB accounts linked."
