Performance Appraisal Module
Performance appraisal is the activity conducted by a company in quarterly, half yearly or annual basis to assess how employees are performing in their jobs through reviewing objectives, offering feedback, and setting goals for future performance.
The new feature is now available in Financio Payroll Premier product.
Features Summary:
- Progress Tracking – Email notification to respective person in charge at different performance stage on status update.
- Common objectives – Allows add group objective by company or department level and it will distribute to all relevant employees.
- Customize Appraisal Form – User definable target objectives, criteria, based on specific job functions.
- Customize Rating Scales – User definable competencies weightage for different employee skill level and role.
- Ease Appraisal Process – Provides comparison between appraisee feedback and appraiser feedback that ease the 1-On-1 appraisal discussion.
- Multiple templates for different appraisal periods.
- User able to modify and create new template based on existing template.
- Progress Overview – Monitor performance review progress and status.
