This release includes a new report enable for user to view the payment details to different banks and minor enhancement on expense claim.

This New Features is applicable to:

(A) New Payment Advice Report

In this release, user able to generate new report named Payment Advice report under Report List.

User able to generate payment advice report based on department or individual selected employee or all employee.

Upon clicking the Export Excel button, system will generate the report in excel format and auto download to user's download folder.

The report displays employee payment details with their bank details and salary payment amounts, as well as total payment amount for each bank.

The report sample is as below:

(B) Enhancement on Expenses Claim 

In this release, after user created the expenses claim and process the salary calculation.

User able to view the claim deduction in the pay slip.
