Overview
The system can scan and upload PDF, PNG, or JPEG files (max size 4MB, no passwords) by navigating the AI Scan menu. Then, create four types of documents: purchase bill, sales invoice, deposit, and withdrawal. Customers can use the archive feature to organize their files.
Scan and Upload Files
- You can scan and upload your files in PDF, PNG, or JPEG formats.
- Make sure the files are not password-locked.
- The maximum file size for each upload is 4MB.
1 - Go to the AI Scan menu at the end of the menu. Choose the import button.
2 - Once you click the import button, you will see a pop-up asking you to upload a file. Click Select File or drag and drop your files into the pop-up to upload into Financio. Click Continue to finalize upload into Financio.
Notes: After uploading, the customer can create these four types of documents:
- Purchase Bill: A record of items or services you have bought.
- Sales Invoice: A record of items or services you have sold.
- Deposit: A record of money you have received and deposited.
- Withdrawal: A record of money you have taken out or spent.
3 - Go to Select > A list of four type of documents will be displayed like so:
In this example, choose to create a new sales invoice, and make sure you select your customer. As you can see, the reference number is the same as the New Sales Invoice created. Please scroll down and save this New Sales Invoice.
After saving, the invoice will be saved under the invoice number used when creating and shown under the Sales List.
Additional tips: How to Organize Your Files
1 - Go to Select > Archive
2 - To view archived scans, click on filters and select Archived under Archived Status
3 - To unarchive the scan, select Unarchive under the Action column in the listing.
