In August 2024, we will be launching two new features for Financio Accounting users: E-Invoicing and AI Scan.

Financio Accounting has developed a comprehensive e-invoice offering for its clients. We offer two models of transactions for our clients to choose from as follows: 

LHDN Direct E-Invoicing

This model enables the direct data transfer to LHDN, fulfilling the legal requirements. This service is exclusively available in Malaysia. Premier and Essentials Subscribers will enjoy free quota LHDN E-Invoices when they enable this feature in the Integrated Apps.

Peppol E-Invoicing

In addition, we provide access to the international Peppol E-Invoicing network. This service allows E-Invoicing to millions of businesses globally and sets the global standard for e-invoicing. This service is available in Singapore but the Malaysia version will be coming soon.

A.I Scan

For businesses that handle a large volume of transactions, we have incorporated a feature that allows for the scanning of documents for automatic integration into Financio Accounting. Just scan the necessary document, such as a quote, verify its accuracy, and save it to Financio Accounting.

This process not only saves a considerable amount of time but also minimizes the risk of errors that can occur during manual data entry.

Essentials and Premier Subscribers will enjoy free quota on A.I Scans, and they will be able to manage their document scans with these functions below: -
