- Click ‘Subscription’ under ‘Settings’ in the left navigation bar.
- Choose the ‘Subscription’ tab.
- Click ‘Downgrade’ button under ‘Current Subscription’.
4. Select ‘Billing Cycle’, ‘Plan’ and ‘Promotion Code’ (if any) then click ‘Save’ when finished on ‘Edit Subscription’ screen.
Remarks: After downgrade successfully, user will continue using the current package until it expires then they will be switched to the selected package for the next period.
