[Q] What is the language that user can choose when using Financio?
[A] As Financio supports a multi-lingual platform, we provide Malay, English, Chinese Simplified, and Chinese Traditional that user can choose when using Financio.
[Q] Does Financio fulfil the government tax and customs regulations?
[A] Yes, we are tax compliance for Singapore and Malaysia for SST as well as GST. All our financial reports follow the requirement set by the associated bodies.
Financio is recognized by Royal Malaysian Customs in Malaysia
Financio is recognized by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) in Singapore.
[Q] Is there any bank integration?
[A] Yes, we do have bank integration which are:

[A] Financio provides a premium subscription plan where you can subscribe either monthly or annually.

[Q] What should I do if I missed the webinar session?
[A] Our webinars are held once a week. You can either simply click on the same webinar link and join the upcoming session or click on our Financio 101 Tutorial Youtube video.
[Q] Is there any one-to-one training?
[A] No. We do not provide one-to-one training.
[Q] I attended the webinar session previously but I think I need more training on the Chart of Accounts. Is there any training session that Financio can provide?
[A] Yes, you may check the training schedule and register for it.
[Q] Is there any way to keep track of inventory?
[A] Yes, Financio premium has inventory tracking. Inventory tracking is only a basic inventory tracking module that does not cover all the bases of inventory tracking. At the moment, it is only used to aid the Sales and Purchases module where you can see how many you sell and buy the item. If your business does not require sophisticated inventory tracking, you may consider using Financio's inventory tracking module.
[Q] What kind of method did Financio use for inventory tracking?
[A] Although we have an inventory module, it is not a complete solution as it can only track based on the FIFO method and price per unit / cost per unit.

[Q] Do Financio cover inventory and HR software?
[A] No. Financio does not cover inventory and HR software. You would need to adapt different software for HR and Inventory.
However, if you have a Kakitangan (payroll) account, you may connect with Kakitangan in Financio. Alternatively, you can record the transactions manually via the modules that are available on Financio if you do not have Kakitangan (payroll) account.

[Q] Do you have all the basic accounting features, eg: Invoicing, Bill Payments, Journal Entries, Debit, and Credit Notes, Tax regulatory (eg: SST, GST, etc)?
[A] Yes, we do provide modules that are needed by our customers such as Sales, Purchase, Transaction, Inventory, Product & Services, Contact, Tax, and Employees.
Financio will automatically generate the reports for you when you record your transaction and our reports follow the requirements set by the associated bodies.
Multiple Currencies Payment
[Q] What about foreign currency billing? Can it do conversion?
[A] The main currency follows the region that you are in and Financio enables a multicurrency option where you can add as many currencies as you like. Besides, we do live exchange rates.
[Q] Do you have any limitation on creating invoice and receipt per day?
[A] No, you can create unlimited transactions.
[Q] Will I be able to migrate old data (eg: invoices and receipts) from another accounting software to Financio upon sign up?
[A] Yes, you may migrate data into Financio by using the template that we have provided in every module.
[Q] Can we export files/reports from Financio?
[A] All reports found in Financio can be exported either in Excel or PDF format.
[Q] How to delete a business account?
[A] You may delete the business account at Business Profile under Control Panel
Kindly check your subscription status before deleting the business account.

[Q] Can I create more than one business accounts with one subscribe accounts? If yes, what is the maximum number of business accounts that can be added?
[A] Yes, you can add up to 10 businesses/entities in one Financio account. However, the subscription will be added separately for each entity.
[Q] What is the storage for the cloud?
[A] You will be provided with 20GB of cloud storage. Nevertheless, depending on the volume of transactions and your business needs. If your 20GB storage is full, you may drop us an email and we could work something up.
[Q] How secure is your system, is there a chance of you losing our data/ security breach?
[A] No worries as your data is secured with us. We adhere to and practice the local data privacy and protection act and our server is on Microsoft Azure. Besides, the servers are not hosted on one site.
[Q] How to reset password?
[Q] How many users are we allowed to add in Financio? How to add users?
[A] You can add unlimited users to Financio It allows a single user to manage multiple businesses, while also allowing a business to have multiple users with different level of access to the business data by limit or setup the user access and permission at the Users, under the Control Panel.
[Q] Who can manage Financio subscription?
[A] Only the Admin Owner can handle the subscription-related matters in Financio.
[Q] How to change the owner of Financio account for a new subscription?
[A] In Financio, we have Admin Owner and Admin. If you want to change the Admin Owner, the account owner would have to drop us an email and we can proceed with the transfer.
[Q] How do I subscribe to Financio?
[A] You may subscribe to Financio premium by simply click on the Subscribe button on the top right in Subscription Centre.

[Q] How to cancel my subscription with Financio?
[A] You may cancel subscription by simply click on the Cancel button on the top right in Subscription Centre.
[Q] Can I request for refund?
[A] Financio practices a Strictly No Refund Policy. The request is received after the renewal has taken place.
[Q] How do I renew my subscription?
[A] You can renew your subscription by click on click on the Cancel button on the top right in Subscription Centre and re-subscribe again. If the auto-renewal is On, you do not need to manually renew the subscription.
[Q] I would like to pay the subscription fee using a bank transfer. Can I do it?
[A] No. We only accept Debit/Credit card as the only mode of payment for the subscription. This is also because Financio is a subscription-based product.
|8.||After 30 days free trial||
[Q] What happens to my account and data after the 30 days free trial if I choose to not go for the premium subscription? Can I still use the platform for basic accounting?
[A] After the free 30 days premium trial has ended, your company data will be switched to read-only mode for another 30 days and certain premium features will be hidden. If there are no further subscriptions after the read-only 30 days duration, your account and data will be deleted by the system.
4. ABSS / Financio CONNECT
[Q] Does CONNECT apps only applicable for Android user? What about IOS?
[A] ABSS / Financio CONNECT mobile app is exclusively available to Financio Premium users. It is available for Android version 5.0 to 10.0 and IOS users.
[Q] How can I access my account to use your Financio CONNECT apps?
[A] As long as you are under the Premium plan, you can log into ABSS / Financio CONNECT mobile app with the same Financio log in email ID and password. Before you log in, you need to set up ABSS / Financio CONNECT Mobile Role in the Financio web version.

[Q] How do I sign up for e-invoicing?
[A] You may register InvoiceNow at Integrated Apps under Control Panel via Financio. Kindly contact us if you received the registration failed pop-up.
|2.||E-transaction vs e-invoicing||
[Q] What is the difference between e-transaction and e-invoicing?
[A] The difference between e-transaction and e-invoicing is e-transaction enables the user to forward the transactions to the receiving party thru email in real-time while e-invoicing allows direct transmission of invoices in structured digital format from one finance system to another resulting in faster payment.
[Q] How and what is the process to claim Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB)?
[A] If you would like to choose Financio as your accounting software provider to be entitled to a DRB grant under category 1 (only for accounting software), you will need to fulfill the requirement below so that you can be categorized as an active user of Financio.
If you have not registered for e-invoicing yet, you may register for e-invoicing via Financio.
[Q] May I know if you have helped us submit our data for DRB category 1? If yes, when will you submit our data?
[A] Yes, we can. If you are actively using the system and have submitted the consent form via our website, not to worry, we will submit your UEN to IMDA. We will do this submission once a month on the 5th as requested by IMDA. You may check the status at the IMDA site.
[Q] Which bank should I refer to in order for my company to claim PSG grant?
[A] To apply for the PSG grant, your company may either refer to DBS, Maybank, or Singtel.
