Split Recurring invoice page from existing invoice

Hi, 

im a new user coming from Wave. and Wave has this features whereh recurring invoices is different from existing invoices. 

The reason for this is, we can have dedicated interface to adjust our upcoming recurring invoices details prior to auto approval and send to customer. 

As the cloud subscription is real today, each month subscription to invoice is different amount based on actual utilization. 

for example, this month can be 10 users subscription, next month could be 15, while the next after could be back down to 12. so we need this flexibility to be able to bill based  on the actual user, and also pro-rate. all these required to adjust prior to auto approval of next recurring invoice. 

to make it better, please add manual review and approval prior to sending the invoice directly to customer.
