Bulk Upload Bank Statement Transactions, and then assigning them to their designated accounts and as payments, expenses etc, AFTER All Data is in Financio.
As it is currently, my reflex is already linked to the financio platform (from 1st of April 2020), However I was made to understand in a chat with one of your colleagues, that one may not Request for Bank Statement Feed BEFORE the period of integration. Even though it says Up to 3 Months. (Meaning from point of integration onwards only)
As you can imagine, even having opened my RHB Reflex account in September 2019 for my new business - by now, that would mean 7 Months worth of transaction to record manually.
Would be great to have 3-6 Months worth of Bank Transactions Synced into Financio - followed by being able to fill in their details and assign their designated accounts after.
I downloaded my past statements - in CSV. Extracted the necessary fields to match the financio template and started formatting everything for the file to be ready. As it is, RHB REFLEX does not have MT940 format and even if they did, it doesnt necessarily mean one could bulk upload all at once then work on the financio platform separately after.
I have manually recorded all data using normal CSV format, which you have provided the template for download, but this means I still need to do all the data entry, and when I upload, i have to add them One by One yet again.
Hope theres some way around this soon. I believe many would be happy to ease the process of data entry.
