Request Sales, Invoice with No stock / Negative stock. Currently Financio no allow to sale WITHOUT stock on hand.

1) allowed sale WITHOUT Stock (invoice, bill etc)

2) stock will be even up after replenish.

This is flexibility to do a quick sale.
