Hi, can i ask is it possible to retrieve my own database after subscription ended? Thanks.

  Hi Mak Wai Leong,

  Thank you for the question. At the end of your subscription, you'll only have access to export the 3 reports available for free users: Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and General Ledger Summary. Aside from that, you'll also be able to export your list of contacts. Nevertheless, all info will still be stored should you need to retrieve them at a later date.

  The team is still working on making more items exportable such as the list of products & services as well as your chart of accounts. Hope this addresses your concerns.

  Hi Guys! 

  I want to inform you that Financio 3.0. Allows users to export 3 different types of Financial reports even after expiry/cancellation of the subscription. These reports are critical to business owners when migrating to other accounting systems. Therefore we have enabled the Balance sheet, Trial balance and Profit & Loss reports for up to 30 days after expiry. Afterwhich all the data in the relevant account will be permanently removed. 

  However, we encourage all our users to export all the relevant reports prior to the cancellation/expiry of their subscriptions. Click here to learn how to export reports.
