The release of Ver 1.3.17 brings focus on further simplifying your day-to-day accounting chores. Hopefully with these new updates, you will be able to focus more on growing your business.
WEEKLY SUMMARY REPORT
With a single toggle, you can now receive email reports that contain Cashflow, Due Invoices and Open Invoices information without even having to login to your account. Of course, if needed, you may click on each item to drill down even further within your app.
To switch on this feature, head over to Control Panel > Business Settings > Alert Settings and choose between Weekly or Monthly alerts
Default Payment Terms & Payment Method
It is now possible for you to add default payment terms and payment methods to your respective contacts. This will significantly speed up the process of issuing sales and purchase documents.
To add/update this information, go to Contacts > Select the related contact and update details.
Pdf Reports (PREMIUM)
Gone are the days of screenshot-ing reports for your accountants and auditors. All reports can now be exported in pdf or excel format.
An export button is now found at the top of all your reports. Clicking the export button will give you the option of having it in excel or pdf.
Option to Display Home Currency
Business owner who frequently engages in international business is now given the option to display the total invoice/bill amount in their respective Home Currency.
By default, total amount is only reflected based on the Selected Currency for the particular invoice.
