[RHB] Packages changes after 20th September 2021

Introduction

Financio will be launching a new version update and pricing as of 20th of September 2021.

What do you need to know as RHB Reflex customers?

Here's a simple explanation.

What happens after 20^th Sept 2021?
If you are a new Financio customer on the normal RHB Bank plan (Without upgrading to Reflex Premium Plus).

*Important Note

You will have a choice to select either the Essential or Premier Package with an option of a Monthly or Annual plan.

What happens after 20^th Sept 2021 (For Existing or New to RHB Reflex Premium Plus)?

• You will enjoy a complimentary FREE upgrade to Financio Premier between 20^th Sept to 31^st Oct 2021.
• RM50 service fees per month to RHB maintained.

What happens after 31^st Oct 2021?

• For Existing: The Financio Premier complimentary free upgrade will be ceased and your account will be switched to Financio Essentials.
• For New: RHB Reflex Premium Plus customers will be entitled to Financio Essentials by default.
• RM50 service fees per month to RHB maintained.
• RHB Reflex Premium Plus customers have a choice, to upgrade to or downgrade from Financio Premier via Financio subscription centre at any time.

How can I upgrade my Essentials Plan to Premier under the Reflex Premium Plus plan?

You may upgrade your plan via the Financio subscription centre after 31^st October 2021 at RM30 per month.
