INTRODUCTION
The document communicates the major new features and changes in this release of the Financio v2.5.0.
1. Compatibility
These features have been tested and make available on the following product plan:
2. New Features: Shopify Integration [Premium Only]
Financio – Shopify integrations seamlessly sync all of your Shopify products and daily transactions to Financio. This eliminates manual data entry and reduces the risk of error.
- To connect Financio with Shopify, go to Control Panel > Integrated Apps > select Shopify > and click on the CONNECT button. (Refer to IMG 001)
IMG 001 - In the Connect with Shopify window (refer to IMG 002), enter your Store Name and click proceed.

- In the next window (refer to IMG 003), click on Install app to proceed.
IMG 003 - In the next window (refer to IMG 004), it shows that your Financio account is connected with Shopify.
IMG 004 - To choose your syncing preference (Refer to IMG005), click on the SETTING button next to DISCONNECT button (Refer to IMG004). You have he option to sync the products or orders from Shopify to Financio. You can choose to do it automatically or initiate it yourself.

3. Enhancements: Transactions Bulk Upload [Premium & Trial]
Bulk upload function is now available for transactions. You can easily generate multiple transactions at once, by uploading an MS. Excel file (xlxs or xls) into Financio.
This feature will save a lot of manual effort in entering and verifying the data.
- The import icon is added into the Transaction’s module (refer to IMG 006).
IMG 006 - Click on the Import icon, and you will see a pop-up window with import options (refer to IMG 007).

- Click on the slider to choose an import option (Deposits/Withdrawals/Transfer/Journals) > SELECTED FILE: TEMPLATE > CONTINUE. (Refer to IMG 008)
IMG 008 - Upon completion of the file import process, you will be notified of the status with a pop-up screen.

4. New Feature: Email Tracking [Premium Only & Trial]
You can check the email status of all e-transaction. When you turn on the e-transaction, the system will automatically send an email to you and your customers after each transaction. Below images show the various email status.
- Status: Failed
If an email delivery fails, the system will show the time and reason of the bounced email. (Refer to IMG 012):

- Status: Delivered
E-transaction email successfully delivered to a customer. When mouse-over the email icon, you will see the time of the email delivered to your customer’s mailbox. (Refer to IMG 013):IMG 013
- Status: Opened
The customer has opened the email but did not click the View Online button to view the e-transaction. When mouse-over the email icon, you will see the time of the email opened. (Refer to IMG 014):

The customer has opened and clicked on the View Online button to view the e-transaction email. When mouse-over the email icon, you will see the time of the email viewed. (Refer to IMG 015):

5. Enhancements: In-app Notification [Real-time]
Previously, the Financio system's browser will refresh the notifications every 1 minute, and there was a delay in receiving notifications. Please note that this is not a bug issue, as it aims to reduce server load.
With this new enhancement, you will receive all the in-app notifications in real-time. Below is the list of in-app notifications available in real-time:

Example of a real-time notification - When you send an invoice to another user via Financio CONNECT, the recipient will receive the notification the same time you click save on the invoice (Real-time). (refer to IMG 016)
CT CENTRE created a sales invoice, INV1001, on 23/11/2020 at 11.31 PM.
MY Co hiks will received the in-app notification, at the same time when CT CENTER clicked save and approved.
