Introduction
We are proud to inform you that Financio is now integrated with StoreHub, POS (Point-of-Sales) system.
Requirements
- Financio Premium.
- Requires a StoreHub account, along with Store Name & API Token.
Let us show you how it works.
Head over to Control Panel > Integrated Apps
At the Integrated App page, click on the Connect button.
Key in your StoreHub Authentication “Store Name” and “API Token”.
Next up, Setting up the Sync function. By default, Financio helps you to sync all information such as
Products, Customers, Employees and Transaction.
Link the relevant account as shown below by click on the drop down.
- Sales Income Account
- Bank/Cash Equivalent Account for each of the Payment Methods (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Loyalty)
*NOTE: You are required to select an account for all payment methods even if not utilized by your business. Nevertheless, no transaction data will be posted to those accounts.
Once the accounts are linked, click on sync now and the syncing process will run. You may safely navigate away from this page and we will notify you when the sync is complete.
Once Sync is successful, For details just click to view the newly synced Products, Customers and Employees.
Next, by default the Auto-Sync is switched On, we set sync time every midnight. However, depending
on the nature of your business, you might want to choose other option as below.
All transaction sync's are saved as Journal entry under transactions menu for your reference.
