Where do I find this feature?
STEP 1
Login to Financio and click on the "Support" button on the bottom left corner of the screen.
STEP 2
Search for an article, for example "Invoice". Faith will gather and show you all the articles related to "Invoice" from our Knowledge Base.
Step 3 (Premium)
If you are still unsure, Click on the "Live Chat" to speak to Faith and she will help you with your inquiry.

Knowledgebase articles https://support.financio.co/hc/en-us are available to all users.
- Live Chat is ONLY available to PREMIUM users.
- Read-only accounts will have the Contact Us option to raise a support request ticket.
