At Financio, we care about our customers on-boarding experience. That's why we try to keep the registration process as simple as possible. Simply choose your preferred method to signup and our Customer Success team will guide you accordingly.
- Walk-in to any Maybank Branch
- Inform the officer that you would like to signup for a Financio account with Maybank.
- You will be provided with a Consent/Giro form depending on your choice of plan or type of account with Maybank (FlexiBiz/PremierBiz). Fill up the form.
- Wait for 3 to 7 working days and You should receive an email with the login details and confirmation on account. Followed by a Welcome call from the Customer Success team.
- Download the Giro Form. Print, Fill-up & Sign.
- Email the scanned copy to firstname.lastname@example.org , Attention to Benjamin , Subject as "Maybank New Registration" and Post the original copy over to our Singapore office.
- Customer MUST have an existing or new Flexibiz / Premierbiz account with Maybank Singapore.
- Flexibiz Account users are entitled to Financio under the Forever Free Plan, which comes with limited functions. Customer can choose to upgrade to the Premium plan with the exclusive price of SGD 8/month.
- Premierbiz Account users are entitled to Financio under the Premium Plan, which comes with the complete features and function with no limitations. Users are entitled to 12 months free subscription and SGD 6/month, on their second year onward.
