What is a customer statement?
Customer statements sometimes also referred to as statement of account, is a report that summarizes all the invoices and payments for a customer between selected period. This statement can be sent to your customers if they have more than one invoice outstanding, or if your customers wants to see all invoices, payments made and outstanding payments due.
How to generate a customer statement in Financio?
- Go to Sales
- Click on View Statement found on the bottom right corner of your screen
- Select your Customer* in the dropdown menu
- Adjust the Start and End Date* to your desired period
- Finally, click View
