Financio allows you to add file attachments to all your Sales and Purchase documents. This function can be used to share files with your suppliers/customers; alternatively, it can be used to store files internally for safekeeping.
- Supports all file type
- Total attachment size limit: 10MB; 2MB per file
- Total Storage Available: 20GB
How to attach/upload files:
Go to the related Sales/Purchase Document (Quotes, Invoices, PO, Bills) > Scroll to the bottom > Select the 'Drop or Click to Upload' button > Choose the file to be uploaded.
Share or Store
After uploading the attachment, you have the option to share the attachment with your customer/supplier through Financio's e-transaction function or simply store the attachment internally.
The share button is found on the top left corner of your attached file. When 'share' is toggled, the button will darken.
