Update Contact
- Click on Contacts on the left menu
- Locate the contact you wanted to update by clicking on View beside it
- Update the contact details
- For business
- Name *: The business name
- Registration No.
- For business
- Phone No.: The general phone line of the business
- Email Address: The general mailbox for the business
- Website URL
- Send E-Transaction: Turn on to send e-transaction via email, when a valid email address is provided
- GST Registration No
Note: Only available when Malaysian GST is activated.
- For person
- First Name *
- Last Name
- Display Name *
Note: Automatically populated from names but you are free to override.
- Email Address
Note: Provide a valid email address so that you can forward transactions over via email. - Mobile No.
- Send E-Transaction: Turn on to send e-transaction via email, when a valid email address is provided
- Update the contact persons. (Optional, Business Only)
Note: This allows you to address to a specific person in the business on the invoice, e-transaction will also be sent to this person when a contact person is selected on the transaction. - Update the addresses for the contact (Optional)
- Update other details
- Toggle Customer and / or Supplier
- Default Currency
- Default Payment Term
- Default Payment Method
- Note: An internal note on the contact
- Click on Save
